  You set your own nightly and monthly rates. STAYIN keeps a 13% commission on stays that are actually paid for; the remaining 87% comes to you, payout by payout.

  Your payouts go to the mobile money account you give us, in CFA francs. No foreign account, no wire transfer to wait three weeks for.

• Supported, not left alone

  A human checks your ID document and reads your listing before it is published. You can request a photo session during verification.

   An ID document and a selfie. That is exactly what separates a STAYIN listing from one found in a chat group.

   Describe your place

   Photos, amenities, neighbourhood, house rules, nightly or monthly price, and your host passport. Seven steps, and you can stop along the way.

   Welcome your guests

   You answer each request, or you turn on instant booking. Your calendar syncs with the other platforms you already use.

The questions we get asked

What does signing up cost?

Nothing. The 13% commission is only taken on stays that are actually paid for; a live listing that never books costs you nothing.

When do I get paid?

Your payout becomes eligible the day after your guest checks in. For a monthly stay, one payout per instalment collected.

Can I turn a request down?

Yes. In « on request » mode nothing is booked until you have answered. Instant booking stays a choice, listing by listing.

What if a relative pays from abroad?

That is built in: the traveller invites one single person, who pays from their own account. For you, the stay and the payout are unchanged.
